1. Free Cancellation Window
- Free cancellation allowed if booking is cancelled 24 hours or more before pickup time
- Full refund of advance payment and deposit (if already collected)

5. Modifications Instead of Cancellation

Vehicle unavailability due to unavoidable circumstances

In such cases, a full refund will be provided within 3-5 working days.
